MOVE IN / MOVE OUT CLEANING

MOVE IN/MOVE OUT CLEANING DESCRIPTION:
When doing a move in or out clean we will remove all cobwebs, wash all skirtings, doors and door frames, internal windows, frames and tracks, wipe marks off walls, vacuum all floors and wash all hard floors, all light fixtures and light switches will be washed, inside all cupboards will be vacuumed and washed out.

Kitchen all surfaces washed, kitchen cupboards inside and out, extractor fan, hob washed, windows, doors, kicker boards Fridge and freezer washed out, tops of cupboards washed.

Bathroom all surfaces will be washed including wiping under the sink and all round the toilet (separate cloths for the toilet) cleaning shower tracks, wiping down tiles and working on grout when needed, making sure limescale is tackled, plugs are all cleaned out and wiping down walls.

REGULAR CLEANING

Choose From the Following Option's. Start by choosing weekly or fortnightly cleaning.

WEEKLY CLEANING DESCRIPTION:
Regular weekly cleaning we will polish all surfaces in each room including any handles and light switches, wipe over any glass and mirrors, vacuum our way out, wash all hard floors. We will also work on the extra things like internal windows and frames, skirting boards, cobwebs, washing down doors and moving out small furniture this will be done on a rotational system as we feel that these things do not need doing every week.

Kitchen all surfaces washed including behind all items on the worktops, kitchen cupboards, extractor fan, hob washed. We will rotate windows, doors, kickerboards and washing out microwaves.

Bathroom all surfaces will be washed including wiping under the sink and all round the toilet (separate cloths for the toilet) cleaning shower tracks, wiping down tiles and working on grout when needed, making sure limescale is tackled, plugs are all cleaned out and wiping down walls
FORTNIGHTLY CLEANING DESCRIPTION:
Regular fortnightly cleaning we will polish all surfaces in each room including any handles and light switches, check for cobwebs, wipe all skirting boards, wipe over any glass or mirrors, vacuum and wash all hard floors. We will also work on internal windows and frames, washing down doors and moving out any small furniture that needs cleaning behind, this will be done on a rotational system as we feel these don’t need doing every other week.
